October 10th is globally recognized as World Mental Health Day to promote positive awareness of mental health issues and encourage support for mental health.
A culture of silence breeds misinformation, neglect, and stigma in mental health issues.
It’s essential to change that narrative and remember that we all have mental health and must prioritize our mental health.
